This is one of my main dinner go to’s because it is so simple and makes very few dishes 😉 STEP 1: Turn oven to 425 F. I usually give the chicken a quick rinse and stuff it with an onion, apple or orange or lime cut in half to help keep the chicken moist when cooking.
