Happy Love Day

♥ Happy Valentine's Day ♥

This post is a bit of a follow up from yesterday because it’s just so perfect for this love day.

This study took some members of the HeartMath Institute well practiced in their program and were highly capable of generating feelings of love and appreciation. They also asked some students to participate with no training in this program.

The participants were asked to focus on the feeling of love and their heart rate variability was measured. The participants were then given a vial of DNA and were asked to intentionally unwind the DNA .

They found that the participants who had high heart rate variability or heart coherence on the initial measurement were able to intentionally change the DNA in their vial to the desired effect.

One of the participants appeared visibly frustrated and upset and was found to have unusually low heart coherence. They found that because of his emotional intensity they were able to create change to the DNA but not the desired effect. The finding was they actually added more abnormalities to the DNA (this is what happens in cancer and aging).

It’s so fascinating that our heart has this unseen force field that has the ability to produce our desired effects and physically alter our DNA.

The power of the heart and love is real….we just have to practice dropping into our heart space.
