2022 Clean Foods List
The #egw have launched its 2022 #clean15 and #dirtydozen food guide.
Each year the Environmental Working Group (EWG) analyzes our produce for pesticides and chemicals and creates a list to help guide our choices at the grocery store.
The Clean 15 list is best for when we are unable to access organic options. It often includes foods with less permeable skins.

They found 22 different pesticides on a single strawberry!
If you grow food in your garden it will be pesticide free.
